Scottish Power - MA6NITUDE


SP Energy Networks is part of the Scottish Power group, and is to occupy a 90,000 sq ft plot at the 450-acre on MA6NITUDE business park in Middlewich.

The new development, which includes 17,500 sq ft of warehousing and offices, as well as yard facilities, will serve around 65 of SP Energy Network’s field engineers, technicians and office staff in addition to its existing Middlewich site on Dalton Way.

The Co-operative

The Co-operative - Longton


Pochin’s acquired this former Leeds Pottery site having secured planning consent for a change of use. The project involved a major refurbishment programme to transform the existing building into a three-unit retail terrace comprising 6,500 sq ft in total.

After completing the transformation, we welcomed a series of tenants to the scheme including The Co-operative, Vets4Pets and Nemo’z Fish & Chips.


ASDA - Birkenhead


This town centre project was delivered in collaboration with the local authority to achieve detailed planning permission for a 95,000 sq ft superstore and two-level car parking.

The project involved site assembly, compulsory purchase orders, traffic regulations, highway closures, major infrastructure diversions and constant consultation throughout the planning process.

Gateway Retail

Gateway Retail - Crewe


This development provided almost 6,000 sq ft of retail buildings. The subdivided build created a large retail store for The Co-operative, alongside three smaller specualitve units.

Verity Court

Verity Court - Middlewich


This two-storey office development incorporated eight units with associated car parking and landscaping.

ERF (Midpoint 18)

ERF (Midpoint 18) - Middlewich


This project was part of a major relocation scheme for British truck manufacturer, ERF. Pochin’s constructed a brand new 400,000 sq ft manufacturing plant and a separate 30,000 sq ft office building at its flagship business park, Midpoint 18.
