Design and Build contract for the construction of three number five bedroom detached houses and new private road / driveways.
The Client bought the existing Wilkinson House site and demolished the outbuildings to leave a clear site to enable construction to begin.The houses will be constructed utilising structural timber frame, beam and block flooring, outer skin of facing brick with Marley Eternit Thrutone Fibre cement slate for the roof.
Wilkinson House itself will be refurbished to create a luxury seven-bedroom dwelling.
Eaton Point - Chorley
Construction of two new Industrial Buildings, at Eaton Avenue, Buckshaw Chorley.
This is our second success with Chancerygate in the North West, after the successful negotiation of this scheme and the DPD Development at Chadderton.
The Project comprises circa 40,000 sq ft of warehouse and welfare over two floors. The Units are to be sub divided creating 8 starter Units and One larger unit for local business who are re-locating.
This is a Steel frame construction with a cladding façade on ground that will be improved with vibro compaction along with Internal mezzanine’s and minimal fit out.
External works and drainage including 4 nr Car Charging points.
Completion due for June 2018
Projects Osprey & RedKite - Reaseheath College, Nantwich
The scheme involves two projects for Reaseheath College, Project Osprey and Project RedKite.
Project Osprey involves the construction of a new multi-purpose Sports Hall building. The Sports Hall is to include space for up to five different court sports and trampoline activities. The Sports Hall will also be designed to cater for exams, presentation evenings and as a community facility. The building consists of a dual-height sports hall attached to a single-storey extension with associated dry and wet changing rooms, shower and toilet areas, Physio / First Aid room, laundry room and store rooms, with a total build cost of £3.3m
Project RedKite involves the construction of a new Agri-Tech Centre with teaching facilities and associated workshops, a two-storey teaching block and a neighbouring single-storey workshop building. The teaching block includes ground floor classrooms, offices, a meeting room and toilet facilities along with a dual height Showroom area. The first floor includes a large space for future use and a Plant Room, with a total build cost of £3.2m
Both projects will be a delivered to BIM Level 2.
DPD Greengate - Chadderton
New distribution warehouse with associated offices & welfare facilities over 2 floors, comprising of steel frame construction & metal clad roof & walls.
Externals comprise of a lorry park, fuel station & van washing area.
Both staff & visitor parking facilities are to be provided as well as associated external works & landscaping.
The proposed tenant is DPD Ltd, the parcel distribution company.
Ryman - Crewe
Design and build contract for a new warehouse in Crewe for Ryman Ltd.
This 23,000 sq ft warehouse will be the principal storage and distribution facility for the Boux Avenue range of Lingerie, Swimwear and Nightwear.
Radius Campus - Crewe
The scheme comprises of a design and build, 65,000 sqft office development including associated external works and drainage.
The development is located within Crewe’s business park.
