Belong Birkdale shall comprise of 70 assisted living bedrooms and shared communal facilities, 30 residential apartments, 2 separate guest bedrooms, commercial facilities such as bistro, cafe and hair salon facilities, which are spread between buildings of three and four storeys, complete with all necessary site works, roads, car parking, paving’s, hard and soft landscaping, retaining structures, boundaries drainage, attenuation, services and infrastructure works.
Belong Care Village - Chester
This project involves the demolition of existing buildings and the erection of a 72 no. bed care home with 3 no. guest rooms and 23 no. close care apartments (16 no. 1 bed and 7 no. 2 bed) for the over 55s, with integral ancillary communal facilities and with other facilities for resident and public use. Lower ground parking for 35 no. vehicles, cycle stands, service vehicle loading bay, bin storage, plant/electricity sub-station and associated hard and soft landscaping provision including alterations to the canal wall.
Smithfield Hilton - Stoke on Trent
The works comprise the construction of a new 140 bedroom Hilton Garden Inn full service hotel in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent.
The works will include a shell unit located on the ground floor at the North West of the site. Associated public realm around the perimeter of the new hotel and works to a temporary car park across Potteries Way also forms part of the works.
The development will be designed and constructed to achieve a post completion BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’.
Smithfield Apartments 3A - Stoke on Trent
The project involves the construction of a new build apartment block consisting of 151 apartments and associated communal space. The works will also include a shell commercial unit located on the lower ground floor and north west corner of the ground floor.
Associated public realm around the perimeter of the new building and works to a temporary car park across Potteries Way, also forms part of the works.
Copper Beeches - Sandbach
Design and Build contract for the construction of three number five bedroom detached houses and new private road / driveways.
The Client bought the existing Wilkinson House site and demolished the outbuildings to leave a clear site to enable construction to begin.The houses will be constructed utilising structural timber frame, beam and block flooring, outer skin of facing brick with Marley Eternit Thrutone Fibre cement slate for the roof.
Wilkinson House itself will be refurbished to create a luxury seven-bedroom dwelling.
Eaton Point - Chorley
Construction of two new Industrial Buildings, at Eaton Avenue, Buckshaw Chorley.
This is our second success with Chancerygate in the North West, after the successful negotiation of this scheme and the DPD Development at Chadderton.
The Project comprises circa 40,000 sq ft of warehouse and welfare over two floors. The Units are to be sub divided creating 8 starter Units and One larger unit for local business who are re-locating.
This is a Steel frame construction with a cladding façade on ground that will be improved with vibro compaction along with Internal mezzanine’s and minimal fit out.
External works and drainage including 4 nr Car Charging points.
Completion due for June 2018
