Pochin’s is celebrating the success of its 2017 graduate and trainee programmes following a raft of promotions and new additions to the team.
An impressive start to their graduate careers has seen Willem Landman, Michael Roberts, Michael Boulton and George Pike recognised with promotions to Assistant Site Manager. They will continue on the graduate training scheme for the next two years.
Pochin’s graduate cohort has also been strengthened with the addition of Louis Young as Graduate Quantity Surveyor, joining from Nottingham Trent University.
The graduate success has been matched by the trainee intake, with Pochin’s welcoming Salford University students Dewey Lord and Joshua Morrissey as Trainee Site Manager and Trainee Quantity Surveyor respectively. Dominic Parker has also been brought on board as Trainee Site Manager; a role he will undertake whilst completing an apprenticeship at South Cheshire College.
Jim Nicholson, CEO at Pochin’s, commented: “It’s extremely important to us to cultivate a environment which promotes continuous learning and development, and we’re committed to bringing in new, young talent that will contribute hugely to the success of our business in the long-term.
“We are incredibly proud of the work of both our graduate and trainee intakes, and would like to take this opportunity to recognise their efforts and give a huge welcome to our new recruits!”
