Annual development reviews take place between all employees and their line managers. The aim of these reviews is to provide an open forum to discuss progress and career aspirations.
Training and development is provided through both on-the-job training with colleagues and managers, and off-the-job training through attendance of some of our many training courses.
Our achievement of the Investors in People Award in 2016 and our continuing support of the Construction Skills Certification Scheme, establishes that we are totally committed to our workforce of more than 120 employees.
